How usage limits work
Anysola Chat and Anysola Code share one usage limit with a 5-hour window and a weekly one. See your usage and banked resets on the Billing page.
The basics
- Anysola Chat and Anysola Code share one usage limit per account. It has two windows: one that lasts 5 hours and one that lasts a week.
- A window starts with your first request after the previous window ended. While either window is full, new requests stop until it resets. A request already running is never cut off.
- Paid plans get higher limits than Free. The pricing page shows how each plan compares: https://www.anysola.com/pricing
- On the Team plan, each person gets the Team plan's limits for themselves. They aren't shared.
Where to see your usage
Go to https://account.anysola.com/billing. The Usage limits card shows how much of each window you've used, as a percentage, and when it resets. Chat shows the same in its sidebar and in Settings > Usage, and Anysola Code shows it in its status line and in `/usage`.
Banked resets
Sometimes Anysola gives you a banked reset, for example as a promotion. Using one clears your windows at once, so you can keep going after you hit a limit. Each one expires on the date shown next to it, and you can hold a limited number at a time.
Use one from the Billing page, from the limit message in Chat, or in Anysola Code (it offers one when a window is full; `/reset` and `anysola limits redeem` also work).
Important rules
- Usage limits and banked resets have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred to another account, exchanged or refunded, including when a plan ends or an account is closed.
- Not every app or feature is included in every plan, and some may count toward the limits at a different rate. The app or the pricing page tells you.
- Anysola may change the limits, and will give notice in the service before a change that lowers your plan's limits takes effect.

Anysola Cloud's API keys use API credits, a separate balance shown in Anysola Cloud.
