Terms

Terms of use.

These terms cover the Anysola website, any account you create here, and anything you share through it.

Agreement

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Anysola provides this website and may offer software products through it in the future.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and as intended. Do not scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, probe it for vulnerabilities, interfere with it, or use it to send spam or automated bulk messages. We may rate-limit, block, or remove access that harms the service or others.

Your account

Sending a support ticket requires an account so we can reply to a verified address. When you create one:

Give real details
Use an email address you control and can read. Do not impersonate anyone.
Keep it secure
You are responsible for what is sent from your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Do not evade limits
Do not create accounts to get around a limit we have applied.

You may close your account from the account menu or contact us for help. Closing an account does not automatically delete previously recorded tickets; see our privacy notice. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Content you share

Anything you share through the site, including messages, company details, or links in a message, must be accurate, yours to share, and lawful. Do not use the service for unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, infringing, bulk, or automated sending.

We record a ticket submission with the account and IP address it came from. We may report a threatening, abusive, or unlawful submission to the relevant authorities with that record. What we hold and for how long is described in our privacy notice.

You keep the rights to what you share. You give us permission to store and read it to operate the service and answer you.

Our content

The site, its text, design, and code are ours or our licensors'. You may read and share it, but may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or remove notices. Our name and logo remain ours.

Future paid products

If we introduce paid software products, the applicable price, product terms, and any subscription conditions will be shown before purchase or use.

Availability and liability

We run the site with care but do not guarantee that it will always be available, unchanged, or error-free. It is provided as is, without warranties to the extent the law allows. Site content is information, not professional advice.

Contacting us does not create a contract or client relationship and does not oblige us to reply. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party services

The site relies on third parties for authentication, email delivery, storage, and analytics. An outage at one of them can affect part of the service. The providers and their roles are listed in our privacy notice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version. We may provide notice in the service when a change materially affects you.

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions go to contact@anysola.com.
