Plans and billing
8- Anysola plans and what's included
Anysola has three plans: Free, Pro and Team. One plan covers all of Anysola's apps, and every plan includes a monthly allowance of Anysola credits.
- Upgrading or changing your plan
Start a paid plan from the pricing page or your Billing page. If you already pay for a plan, you change it in the billing portal that "Manage billing" opens.
- Cancelling your plan and what happens after
Cancel any time from the billing portal on your Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to Free.
- Failed payments and updating your card
If a renewal payment fails, your plan keeps working for a grace period while the card is retried. Update your payment method from the Billing page to keep your plan.
- Finding invoices, receipts and VAT details
Polar, Anysola's merchant of record, issues your invoices and handles sales tax and VAT. Find them in the billing portal from your Billing page.
- Asking for a refund
Refund requests are handled by a member of the Anysola team. Open a support ticket with the details of the charge, and we'll follow up by email.
- How Anysola credits work
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of Anysola credits, one balance that all Anysola apps spend from. See your balance, refresh date and history on the Billing page.
- The Team plan: seats, invites and leaving
The Team plan covers the owner and the people they invite by email, up to the plan's seat limit. Manage invites, members and seats on the Team page.
Account and sign-in
3- Updating your account details or deleting your account
Your name, username, email addresses and sign-in settings are managed from "Manage account" in your dashboard. You can also delete your account there.
- Signing in to Anysola Desktop
Anysola Desktop signs you in through your web browser with your Anysola account. Confirm the account in the browser and the app finishes signing you in.
- Signed-in devices and account security
See your sign-in methods and signed-in Anysola Desktop devices on the Security page, and sign out every desktop app at once if you need to.
Support and updates
4- Beta programs and the launch list
Apply for early access to Anysola betas from your dashboard, or join the launch list to get an email when a new app is ready. They're separate: one doesn't sign you up for the other.
- Claiming a gift from Anysola
Anysola gifts come as a link. Open it and click "Claim your reward". Some gifts work without an account; limited gifts need a signed-in account with a verified email.
- Checking service status and getting incident emails
See whether Anysola is having an issue on the status page, and subscribe to get an email when an incident opens, changes or resolves.
- Contacting support and how tickets work
Open a support ticket from your dashboard. You'll get replies by email and in your dashboard, and you can reply from either. An AI assistant may answer first and is always labelled as AI.

The assistant answers from these articles and hands anything else to the team.
