Categories

Agents are grouped into five categories:

  • Document processing — extraction, classification, and review of contracts, invoices, and forms.
  • Customer operations — ticket triage, response drafting, and routing.
  • Finance — reconciliation, invoice matching, and expense review.
  • Compliance — policy checks, audit preparation, and regulatory monitoring.
  • Data — enrichment, deduplication, and migration assistance.

Lifecycle

Status Meaning
deploying Created but has not processed an operation yet
active Processing operations normally
paused Manually stopped; rejects new operations
error A connected integration is failing; needs attention

An agent moves from deploying to active automatically on its first successful operation.

Limits

The number of agents you can deploy depends on your plan: Pro allows 3, Business 20, and Custom is unlimited. Hitting the limit returns a 402 from the API with an upgrade prompt.
