Deployment model
The on-premise runtime ships as containers you run in your Kubernetes cluster or VM environment. Agents execute entirely inside your network; the Anysola control plane sees deployment health and aggregate metrics, never operation payloads.

- Integration credentials
- Escalation queue contents and reviewer actions
What reaches the control plane
- Agent lifecycle status and version info
- Aggregate operation counts (for billing)
- Error rates and health signals
Requirements
- Kubernetes 1.28+ or equivalent container runtime
- Outbound HTTPS to the control plane (or a fully offline mode with manual license sync)
- A service account for the runtime with access to your source systems
