The Security page
Go to https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/security. The Sign-in card shows:
- Methods: how you sign in, for example a password or a connected account.
- Two-factor authentication: whether it's enabled.
- Last sign-in, and when you became a member.
Click "Manage account" to change your sign-in settings.
Signing out desktop devices
The Anysola Desktop card shows how many devices are signed in to the desktop app with your account.
- Click "Sign out all devices".
- Confirm with "Sign out all".
Every desktop app signed in to your account is signed out and will need to sign in again. Use this if you've lost a device, used a shared computer, or don't recognise the number of signed-in devices.
Keeping your account safe
- Use an email address you control and can read.
- Only approve a desktop sign-in in your browser if you started it from the Anysola Desktop app yourself.
- You're responsible for what's sent from your account, so tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Think someone else has access?
- Sign out all desktop devices from https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/security
- Change your password or sign-in settings through "Manage account".
- Open a ticket at https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/tickets?new=1 and tell us what happened. A member of the team will follow up by email.
