Signing in to Anysola Desktop
Anysola Desktop signs you in through your web browser with your Anysola account. Confirm the account in the browser and the app finishes signing you in.
All articles
Anysola Desktop uses the same Anysola account as the website. You sign in through your web browser, not inside the app.
How to sign in
- Start signing in from the Anysola Desktop app. It opens a page in your browser.
- If you aren't signed in to the website in that browser, sign in first.
- You'll see "Sign in to Anysola Desktop" with the account the app wants to sign in as.
- If it's the right account, click "Continue as" followed by your name. If not, click "Use a different account" and sign in with the account you want.
- The page says "Signed in successfully". Your browser may ask permission to open the Anysola app. Allow it, and the app finishes signing you in. You can then close the browser page.
Only continue if you started the sign-in from the Anysola Desktop app yourself.
If something goes wrong
- The sign-in step from the browser is only valid for five minutes. If it takes longer, start again from the desktop app.
- "Sign-in is unavailable": close the tab and try again from the desktop app.
- "Desktop sign-in is disabled": either desktop sign-in is temporarily turned off for everyone (try again later), or desktop access has been turned off for your account. If you think that's a mistake, contact support at https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/tickets?new=1
- Check https://www.anysola.com/status in case there's an ongoing incident.
How long you stay signed in
A desktop session ends 90 days after it was last used. You can sign out every desktop app at once from https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/security. See Signed-in devices and account security.
