Finding invoices, receipts and VAT details

Anysola's paid plans are sold by Polar (polar.sh), our reseller and merchant of record. Polar processes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoices under its own terms. That's why charges and invoices come from Polar.

Where to find your invoices

1. Sign in and go to Billing & credits: https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/billing
2. On the Subscription card, click "Manage billing". If you no longer have a paid plan, the button reads "Invoices and payment history". The button only appears once a purchase has been made on this account.
3. Polar's billing portal opens, with your invoices and payment history.

If the Billing page says "There's no billing history on this account yet.", no purchase has been made on this account. Your history appears there after your first purchase.

Sales tax and VAT

Tax, where it applies, is calculated and added at checkout by Polar. Polar holds your billing address and tax information. We never see or store your card details.
