Asking for a refund
Refund requests are handled by a member of the Anysola team. Open a support ticket with the details of the charge, and we'll follow up by email.
All articles
Refund requests are reviewed by a member of the Anysola team. The AI support assistant can't issue refunds or make billing changes, so it passes these requests to a person.
How to ask
- Go to https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/tickets?new=1
- Use a clear subject, for example "Refund request".
- In Details, include the date and amount of the charge, which plan it was for, and why you're asking for a refund.
- Tick the confirmation box and click "Create ticket".
We'll reply by email, and the conversation also appears in your dashboard at https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/tickets
Good to know
- Opening a request doesn't guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed individually.
- Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, so a refund, if one is made, goes back through Polar.
- Anysola credits have no cash value and can't be refunded, including when a plan ends or an account is closed. See https://www.anysola.com/terms#credits
- If you just want to stop future charges, you can cancel any time. See Cancelling your plan.
- If you see a charge you don't recognise, tell us in the ticket as well.
