The Team plan: seats, invites and leaving

A Team subscription covers the person who pays (the owner) and the people they invite, up to the number of seats shown on the pricing page. Each person on a team gets the Team plan's credit allowance for themselves; it isn't shared.

For owners: inviting people

1. Subscribe to Team from https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/billing
2. Go to https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/team
3. Under "Your team", enter their address in "Invite by email" and send the invite.

The Team page shows how many seats are filled (yours included) and how many are held by pending invites. Invites expire after 14 days. Invite only people who expect it.

For owners: managing your team

• "Cancel" next to a pending invite withdraws it and frees the seat.
• "Remove" next to a member takes them off the team straight away and frees their seat.
• If every seat is taken, remove someone or cancel an invite to free one.

A seat lasts only while your own plan is Team. If your subscription ends, everyone on the team goes back to their own plan, and their seats work again if you resubscribe.

For invited people: joining a team

1. Sign in (or create an account) with the email address that was invited. The address must be verified on your account.
2. Go to https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/team. The invite appears under "Invitations".
3. Click "Accept", or "Decline" if you don't want to join.

You can be on one team at a time. If you're already on a team, leave it before accepting another. Once you join, your Billing page shows "Team seat" and who pays for it.

Leaving a team

On https://www.anysola.com/dashboard/team, click "Leave team". You go back to your own plan straight away, and rejoining needs a new invite.

Privacy on a team

The owner sees the names and email addresses of the people on their team, and they see the owner's.
